Going into FY 2008 we are going to take the funds used to provide the State Tournament “Main Event Package” (12,000) and use them to offer more players the opportunity to win seats into various cash tournaments. We will be doing this at all levels of tournaments and it will result in more than the 12,000 spent for the “Main Event Package”.

By using this plan we have moved the prize cost to a level that we feel will attract companies to sponsor specific events and or prizes. As this happens we will be able to offer either more prizes or reinstate the State Tournament “Main Event Package” along with this new prize structure.

Again we hope that you will see this as positive step and an opportunity for more players to get rewarded for good play.
