In the past few months there have been a number of incidents occur in our games. Some are just cases of poor etiquette while some have gone to the point of violence. These problems have led to the writing of this article.

Some players believe this is a part of the game, others want to put it on the League for not having every rule listed and every t crossed while still others find more excuses.

This League and game was set up as a Social activity with a competitive edge. There is no excuse for not having the social skills to compete in this environment. We will no longer accept this from any player.

I want to re-state that as a league we have zero tolerance for violence, verbal or physical. Abusive behavior will no longer be tolerated in our games. The Hosts have the authority to remove players from the game and once removed the player might lose their right to play in future Snowman Poker League games.

Member Numbers

Please note that as we continue to grow we are looking at different ways to record results and track player's points. Currently we have not found a cost effective alternative. With that said it is very important that you sign out clearly with you Member number. Starting November 1st we will no longer look up missing or unreadable Member Numbers. Also we will no longer go back and try to recover a players points that were not recorded due to this problem.

If you are unsure of your Member Number please use the look it up feature on our website. You can find it on the "Audit my Points" page.
