We are an entertainment company specializing in Hosting Free Texas Hold-em Poker Tournaments in the Texas Gulf Coast Region since 2005. Our name is unusual for the HOT! Texas weather but it allows us to have fun with “Pocket Eights”. We provide professionally run Tournaments in a variety of settings. Our Bar League hosts two (2) Free Texas Hold-em Tournaments a night at multiple Venues in the Area. Players are competing to win prizes and earn points to help them qualify for play in our Quarterly Tournaments and compete for larger prizes. We also setup and run Tournaments for Company Outings, Individual Parties and Charity or Fundraiser functions. We can provide pro-style tables and dealers as needed. Our events are hosted professionally by experienced Tournament Directors who have played in many tournaments and hosted numerous events. We provide a professional atmosphere and structure conducive for all types of players, from novice to professional. The TD’s are there to answer questions, offer guidance and make rulings using official Tournament Director Association Rules as a guide. Our games are geared to be competitive, fun and as close to a real casino experience as possible. Playing in our tournaments offers you the opportunity to gain experience, learn accepted poker etiquette, practice and improve your skills and knowledge of the game.
